Hi there,

I wanted to share my feedback on the site, per your request.

Before I do that, I wanted to both Thank you and commend you! I love the concept and share your passion and interest in this topic.

I commend you on your efforts to harness this big idea into a succinct presentation on the website. I know first hand how challenging that can be!! I find it to be more than a notion! :)

So here's my feedback:

1) Add Google Analytics to all the sites
Its FREE, and will give you valuable information about visits to the site - How people are finding you, what they click on when they get there, what pages you lose people on, where they spend the most time, etc.

I'd be happy to implement that for you if you're unfamiliar with it. Feel free to contact me.

2) Update the Link to the Facebook Page
It doesn't take you to YOUR facebook, it just goes to facebook in general. I tried a google search to find the facebook page also, but was unsuccessful.

3) Simplify the information
I think you've done a great job spelling it all out. But its just too long. Most people won't spend that long to figure out What, Why and What's Next. More bullets and no more than 2-3 sentences for each section.

I think you could keep the long form, for those who DO want in-depth information. Just add shorter summaries before and let people click through to get more detailed info.

4) More diagrams
The Income ReEngineering diagram says a LOT. I quickly get a big picture understanding that makes it easier to take in the reading. Do the same for the Project Snapshot and other major sections.

5) Create an eBook freebie
Its not really clear what the value of the ebook is yet. Perhaps an excerpt, free chapter or summary would help people understand what they're getting. If its clear and good, people will want the rest of it.

6) The Link to the LinkedIn Discussion Forum doesn't work.

7) Consider Video
Perhaps video would be a better way to get the concepts across quickly.

8) Stronger Engagement toward Next Steps
I'm interested, but I don't feel clear about what the next steps are. The links to engage further are not working. How about a teleseminar series or something that we can look forward to moving forward wit?

I hope my comments are helpful. They certainly help me in my quest to do the same. Feel free to contact me as I have time to help correct/implement the things I've suggested. If you like, I'd love to interview someone from the organization. We could record it (using a free teleseminar tool) and offer it as a download on the website. That would be another option to deliver they concept aside from long text.

Just a thought. :)
